Ejaculatory Dysfunction

Ejaculatory dysfunction is the most prevalent form of male sexual dysfunction and is a common cause of male infertility.

Overview

Ejaculation disorders occur when a man has trouble ejaculating semen properly. too early, too late, returning to their own bladder, or not being able to ejaculate at all. These situations can lead to decreasedsexual satisfaction, ineffective reproduction, and emotional trauma for both the man and his partner.there is.

Ejaculation disorders, also called aspermia, can be caused by problems at birth (primary) or acquired afterbirth (secondary), often much later in life. There are four types of ejaculation disorders: prematureejaculation, delayed ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, and no ejaculation.

Symptoms

Asking about the patient’s medical history is usually the first step for doctors to diagnose and evaluateejaculatory disorders. This can reveal whether the problem has always existed and indicate whether it isdue to a birth defect or an acquired condition.

Treatments

Treatment options for PE include medication, physical therapy, and psychotherapy. Treatment aims to reduce penile sensitivity and improve the patient’s ability to regulate his behavioural reactions.

Many men’s ejaculations are delayed by oral medicines. For males with PE, urologists may recommend one of numerous medicines. Whether the PE is primary or secondary will determine the option.

A topical cream containing lidocaine and prilocaine can also be used to lessen sensitivity and postpone ejaculation before sexual activity.
