If the issue is psychological in nature, such as anxiety, fear, or trauma related to sexual activity, therapy or counseling may be recommended to address these underlying issues and help the couple overcome any barriers to sexual intimacy.

With proper treatment and support, it may be possible for the couple to overcome any barriers to sexual intimacy and build a fulfilling sexual relationship.

Other patients transfer their care to Columbia as their delivery date approaches to make sure their baby immediately receives the necessary specialized pediatric care after birth.
