Endometrial receptivity array

Endometrial receptivity array (ERA) is a test used to determine the optimal time for implantation of an embryo during in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The test involves taking a small sample of tissue from the lining of the uterus (endometrium) and analyzing the expression levels of genes that are involved in the implantation process.

The ERA test is typically performed on women who have undergone multiple unsuccessful IVF cycles, and is designed to help identify any abnormalities in the endometrial receptivity that may be preventing the embryo from implanting successfully.
